What football drills can I do on my own?

Can anyone give me some football conditioning drills?

  • I play fullback and middlelinebacker(but trying for corner) I would like some drills conditioning and any others that would help. Your help is needed P.S Please try to keep it free or cheap

    You should have gone to your school's conditioning program, It might still be going on but most are probably over or about to be over. The best you can do now is really a series of 40 yard sprints. At my school's conditioning program, we would run 10 40 yard sprints with like 40 secs of rest. Try it, it really whipped me into shape. Also try to go jogging for periods of time, it'll help improve your endurance.
