How to get scouted by a football team?

Hey guys I always wanted to play football professionally I play football on the 3G pitch facility we have at the school I go to I play on it every lunch time but there are so many players I never get the ball and can't really do anything. I know that I have potential anywhere, goalkeeper, defender, striker, mid. I really would like the opportunity to play with some big names in football or something or get scouted but I don't know how to get myself recognized. I tryed for the school football team but they didn't let me in but I was amongst the ones who haven't played for a team and no one who hadn't played for a team got on. if anyone has any suggestions please tell me! BTW I am nearly 12 and live in northern Ireland
