Will a speed parachute help my 40 time?

• I am trying for receiver and i need a better and faster 40 time because my height nd size isnt the greatest...I was wondering does an agility ladder and a speed parachute help 40 time...i herd it and want to know for sure thnx

  yes they actually help out alot u should also use some agility cones and do some agility drills as well i used that stuff after my junior year of highschool and i dropped my fourty time from 5.8 to 4.8 in just a few months if u need any info on any of that stuff then go to sparqtraining.com it has all the stuff u need to improve ur 40 time but it is expensive. you can actually use the site to see were u rank with other players around the u.s.
