How do I increase stamina for football and speed?

I am 14 and I want to get faster and I get tired kinda fast and I can't run for long distances. So how can I get more stamina?

My best advice for you thsi (and every) offseason is to eat healthy, and exercise by doing a lot of running every day. Personally, I recommend a calorie intake of 1800-2200, as well as at least one hour of running, per day. If you do these two things, you will greatly improve your speed, strength, and stamina, as well as your chances of becoming a successful football player.
