  • I am going to be a sophmore at lineman in high school, I weigh 172 pounds and I am 6'0 tall, how can i gain at least 20 pounds, I try and I am not gaining weight, I lift every day also, how can I gain weight?

  • Answer:

If you want to get fatter, eat alot of peanut butter. Otherwise, if you are trying to get bigger, eat alot of protein. Some foods with high protein are red beans, lean meats, chicken, yogurt, cottage cheese, eggs, and tuna fish. Remember, you have to workout hard.

Making more muscles will help. Yes, it will take away fat, but muscle weighs more than fat. Don't go for junk food though.

ok what you need to do, eat more meat, chicken, fish, and oatmeal. Lift more weights, but not to hard, do some but not as much cardio, but mainly eat your meat and carbs and lift more. When you bench increase it by 5 pounds evrey new day you lift. Don't take any supplements, if you have to Vitamin B12
