Who is the most overrated football team in college and the nfl?

    College: LSU, but really, the SEC as a whole is overrated. This would be better proven if the conference as a whole played tougher non conference opponents on a more consistent basis. The best team in the SEC over the last couple of years has been Florida, and Florida hasn't played a non conference game outside the state of Florida since 1991. NFL: Colts, simply because they always look great during the regular season and everyone thinks they are going to win the Super Bowl, then the playoffs come around and they are gone after the first weekend.

Without a doubt USC, the most over rated team for years NFL-Eagles, I've heard too many people bash the Cowboys for them to be considered "overrated". Eagles are based entirely around McNabb who gets injured every season, and only win when he plays well, despite the high praise they seem to get at the beginning of each season..
