Is it possible to get an athletic scholarship to a division 1 college playing football outside of your school?

My school dosent have a football team. And i really want a scholarship so i can go to a division NCAA college and hopefully make it to the NFL, so i was wondering can i get a scholarship playing for a football club or team outside of my school? I.E. almost like pop warner ( im 15)

If your high school has a team then play there. If not, an outside league might get you looked at, but you would have to be exceptional.
