How can i get noticed?

I am a freshman, and i play jv but i think before the end of the season i can work my self up to varstiy. Im a pg and our school is ranked number 7 in the state. So i was wondering how do i get noticed by texas hoop and things like that? & i was doing this so i can prepare my self for bigger things, tryna get college coach's to notice me & get my name out there. Any advice? Oh and some of my friends say talk to the coach and see if he can put my name out there, i would do that but i dont have a very good relationship with my coach yet i just tranfered schools.
