What's more impressive, Being The Fastest (MJ) or Youngest (Kobe) to reaching 20,000 Points?

There is a 191 game spread between Michael Jordan & Kobe Bryant to reach 20,000 Points....LMFAO! I'm far more impressed with Allen Iverson being # 6 (713 Games) at being the fastest to reach 20,00 points than Kobe being the youngest but is at number # 15 (811 Games) at being the fastest. MOST OF KOBE BRYANT'S ACCOMPLISHMENTS ARE WORTHLESS AND OVERRATED..LMFAO!

    King you kill me sometimes, lol , I do agree that they do make so much of Kobe Milestone scoring feats when they say he is the youngest to reach these milestones but I think they should make fans understand that he came into the league at 18 where as most player went to college for 2 or 3 years before they turn pro. They should also point out that yes he might be the youngest but other players reach these goals faster then he did. Funny thing here is that Lebron is breaking Kobe milestone scoring feats basically right after Kobe achieve them. I think last year Kobe was fastest to reach 20,000 I think then a week or two later or a week or two before Lebron beat Kobe record for 10,000 points. I think they should put more on how fast they reach these milestone because I had one girl on these posts one day say Kobe was the greatest of all time because he was the youngest to reach a scoring goal and she had no clue that he was not the fastest. If kobe came into the league like Jordan or Bird or Magic like most of the older players he would not be reaching these goals being the youngest.

No, Kobe isn't the best player of this generation. Shaq and Duncan are arm-wrestling for that title. Here's a question... was Kobes 43% FG% in the finals the worst ever for a finals MVP? I strongly suspect that it was. Kobe was hoisting up all kinds of shots, especially in the closing minutes, hoping for that finals "dagger" that would make all the highlights and have everyone talking about how clutch he was. Instead he put up a bunch of bricks or went 1 on 4, ignoring open teammates. Stats are sadly lacking, but I've looked over the list of finals MVP's and I can't see anyone else that just leaps out as having a bad shooting streak. Usually your finals MVP is both dominant and efficient.

They are equal. Basketball is a team game. Jordan was the best player of all time. He set the standard. Bryant is the best since Jordan, with Lebron James not far behind. What is most impressive is championships. As Herm Edward said " You play to win the game." ( I love that quote..I can picture Herm saying it. It's awesome.) The bottom line is whether or not you win a title. Bryant has to win two more to catch Jordan. James has to win 6. Jordan made those around him better (With the Bulls, not the Wizards) Individual stats mean very little. Championships mean a lot.
