Is kissing somebody who had meningitis safe?

Do you think its cowardly to block somebody just for having a different opinion and not kissing your butt?

  • I think it shows how much of a coward you are if you block everybody who doesn't agree with your opinion and kiss you butt. I ask this in here because I see it in here more than in any other section. For example Ive even seen a guy ask a question saying "How much will the Lakers win by" and in details said "if you say the other team is going to win Im blocking you" Somebody asked a question "How much do the Celtics suck" and because I said "they're a legit championship contender" I got blocked. I know the trick around the block anyway How cowardly is that?

    hmmm....thats exactly word for word what you did to me. haha just playing. but seriously, Mamba did that to me. I remember vividly, i was asking a question about the NBA draft around March or April. My question was "do you think Jrue Holiday will be a good NBA player", he started bashing on him, so I said he didnt know **** about College Basketball. Then he sent me hate mail and blocked me.

@Reed space Mamba did the same to me. He sent me hate mail and then said "don't bother replying because I blocked your dumbass" LMAO... he was probably afraid of me calling him a loser for making 5 accounts and cheating so he could be on the top ten list

Maybe. I'd say blocking is rather pointless. But worse is those who just pick a best answer that agrees with them. Example: The goofball asks: Who is the most underrated player in the NBA? I think Tayshaun Prince is. Why the f* ask if u already give an answer to your own question? And then you get the f a g s that will give a answer that agrees with the asker just to have a better chance to get 10 points, rather than answering what they really think.

It's really childish - but then again, many people that frequent this section are children so it's normal for them to display childish behaviour such as that. Honestly, if they are just going to block people with different opinions, then why the heck are they even on Yahoo Answers to begin with? This website is a place where EVERYONE with different views come to visit and share what they know and their opinions about a particular subject - whether it be sports, politics, or even religion. Everyone is unique and that is what is so great about our world - I like hearing different opinions because that is how I learn new things in the first place. People who block you for having a different opinion are obviously close-minded and do not want to learn, grow, or progress in their lives. That is how you become more educated - by being open and listening/respecting other people's views. With that being said, those who block you for being different from them obviously are immature and need to get off this site because surprise, not everyone agrees with them!
