What are some workouts that could improve my play at the Catchers position and 3rd base position in baseball?

I am 15 going to be a Sophmore. Im about 5'11" and i weigh almost 190lbs. and I want to know if there are workouts at the gym or anywhere that could help me at the catchers position( like improve: pop time, blocking, etc.) and things that could help me at third base. And also a bonus I need to get faster big time any Pointers?

It's a good size for maybe outfield,if you are good with the glove go with third base
