How do I learn to play softball?

Gargghh, kids!!!! ) Ok, so b4 any1 reads anything, i just wanted to say that this is super duper long and i'm really sorry about that, Its the ENTIRE story from like the very beginnign wit lots of Uneeded info!!!But I guess by...ENLONGING it lol it will help u 2 answer it better, thus makin my life the Tiniest bit easier lol, so anyway here we go!!!!! Wen i was a lil bit younger, about 8, i used to play outside with this girl, She was very mean and all but my only playMAte so of course lyk any 8year old wood i Played wit dis girl, 1 day Wen i went outside to play wit her i Saw her practicin Softball, and MAN did i think softball was dum!!!!!! butt then i realized a few yrs l8r that almost evry girl in my skool plays softball, except 4 my best friend of course, Who is never consistent in anything And would never make a very good playa. Then in the beginning of 6 Grade guess wat da 1st Flyer handed out was 4??? SOFTBALL N BASEBALL TEAM!!!!! of course i didnt think much of it n threw the entire flyer Away, AFter crumbling it into itty pieces, of course. Next day, i call my friend n ask 4 a Playdate, She says No cant today i have softball and of my course my eyes bug out and i scream "WAT?!?!?!" and she says that she finally joined a sport and dat i shood b happy 4 her and blah de blah de blah. Day after DAT, my bro gets sucked into the baseball thing By peer pressure from his friends and...GUESS WAT...ends up bein a natural and luvin baseball. my parents make me go to EVERY single one of his STINKIN practices n games!!! Lemme tell u @ 1st it wasnt fun!!!!! Cuz i'd see my friend who plays softball there in her stupid Uniform and she'd just keep blabing on and on and on about this and that about softball like a noitall. butt then, at one of my bro's practices, i met this stuck up snooty girl who wanted To play wit me, at First i said no but then got bord so i played wit her, My friend who now plays softball and her Sister also joined us in Playing and another girl in A game of catch for will the Softball and Mit. Then i found out that i was reallly good at catchin!!!!!! Then we started playin a full game in the parking lot with boxes there as bases. Even the bad Pitches i hit almost every ball!!!! And ive been doing sports all my life so i was Speedy quick running to each base. Then i was catcher i was good at that. Next i was pitcher and at first ok to b serious i kinda stunk...lol...but then my friend told me i was pitchin wrong....she showed me the rite way and i was actually decent. Then i practiced at Home and i was GOOD!!!!!! VERY good...except for one time when i accidently threw the ball in the garbage can (that was my first pitch at home so give me SOME credit sheesh!!!). now i wanna play softball so badly!!!! i wanna play really well so my team will respect me cuz i dont wanna get embarrassed n u mite tell me DOnt worry about bein embarrassed but just lemme tell ya here where im from its NOT easy to ignore embarrassement!!!!!! so anyway here r my final questions: 1. how can i learn to play softball really well? 2. any coaching sites i can look at to learn coaching methods to practice to get better? 3. how long should i practice per day? 4. should i join rite away or wait til im real good? 5. any videos that'll help me? 6. should i play because i have soccer 4 days a wk.? shouldnt i have time to relax but idk 1st answer=10 pts but if ur not the first answerer and u have a good answer pls jsut ANSWER i MITE make an excepion 2 da rule if

  you should practice 1 hour a day, you should play softball only if you like it more than soccer because at times they may be at the same time, and a good site is the source i have attached to this message
