Baseball workouts at home core/lowerbody?

I no longer have a gym membership anymore, and haven't really done any core/lower body workouts since I have not had a membership. About 3 months. I have Resistance bands that I could use for a couple workouts. But I am looking to have a little variety of workouts to keep, and gain more power in my core and lower body. Just like any other main sport core/lower body is the more important to have. I would like to know a couple workouts some of you guys/girls might have or could tell me that would help me. EXP: Squats, lunches, sit ups, crunches etc... Thanks guys and girls.
