How can we verify or find evidence, the reality of life after death?

It all depends on how you define life and death. There is biological death which is the cessation of our life processes: no more measurable breath, heartbeat, or brain activity. However, the body is just matter. I define life as the animation of matter and not matter itself - - two distinct and separate things! Think about it! Now tell me where those thoughts came from. Did the atoms and molecules that comprise your body work together to produce the feelings and emotions you just experienced? That is my round about way of asking if matter can possess consciousness. You may say that the answer is obvious, but the matter that comprises your body today was something else previously; did those atoms possess consciousness when they were random molecules of water or whatever else? Why do you think the scientific community emphasizes the physical and completely ignores the spiritual aspect of our existence? As your question alludes, science can not prove that we do not possess a soul any more than a stethoscope can detect the heartbeat of an imaginary friend. It is not designed to do so. We can not create instruments to measure the immeasurable. The veil that exists between this world and the next is deliberate. No one can deny how disruptive it would be if there were proof that aliens had visited the earth. Think how devastating it would be to our reality if there were definitive proof that our minds continue to exist after our bodies die! The best way to keep people from asking questions about something is to keep them terrified of what the answers might be. All knowledge and wisdom begins with the question “why.” Ask your mind and listen with your heart.

I've been toying with this idea....for the last two weeks... 1) From the "Scientific" view; string-theory might hold a key we've overlooked. Answer: What if after we die, we just incarnate into one of the multiple-universes or realities, or 'strings' of reality that isn't this 'reality'. This needs work in being fleshed out more, but that's what I have so far...

There has been documented evidence of mist and things rising out of the body after death. Some were faked and others not. As far as spirit photography, the same applies there. I believe in life after death. A great book that you might know and I hold dear I will quote: "Faith is the substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things unseen." The only way you are to know and have physical evidence is to die yourself. Until that day, enjoy life. Death will take care of itself.

You cant until you realise.In this world we cannot prove everything to us or other.Something we need to believe, we must have to have faith to understand something. If you want to know the reality in this matter first you need a faith and analyse wiser sayings.That is the only way to prove to yourself and you can find all you need as evidence.

Only personal God-conscious experience in living faith can validate to you that you are now and eternally a divinely beloved son of God in Jesus in Spirit. I don't think you can find evidence of life after death. It's one of the great mysteries of life that we can't see where we all must travel on to in the end. I guess I'm going with ignorance is bliss here.

You can't. but logically speaking,we will cease to exist since our consciousness had a beginning, and so it will end. please ignore these presented "evidences " of people rising after death. these are NDE ( Near Death Experiences ) , the people who saw light or tunnels or even heard voices were caused when the neurons in the brain fired due to the lack of oxygen, they were not caused by supernatural causes and they are not the answers to death. all ghost stories I encountered are caused by natural causes such as brain stimulation. these "spirit photography " are ALL false,if I recall correctly, there was a foundation that will give money to the first person who took a REAL picture of a ghost, they ALL failed.
