What time of the day holds the most fascination for you?

the hour between the darkness and the daylight.. when the moon hastens to leave and must give way to sunrise I hear the cocks crow.. I see the sky turns a magnificent hue the night is ending.. and the new day starts breaking here we call it "bukang-liwayway" otherwise, it's known as the dawn.. the dawn signals an end to the time I spend with my love.. I should be sad, but no.. am not! my love kisses me goodnight..

I would say the early morning hours when everyone is still sleeping in their beds and God has blessed us with another day of Light and life to all.......................I could be going to work on the bus and looking at the early morning sky opening like the Heaven above for a promise of a new day for all mankind..............Did I tell you I am not a morning person either.....I love the night like you I become alive in the night but the early morning Dawn always holds my fascination becaue of GOD...................................Lo… and Hope

the magic moments when my love comes to me and we leave the world behind.. entering into a perfect moment, our love transcending.. spreading wings.. flying high above the world.. into the stars.. finding heaven.. here in our hearts..

I agree with the darkness. 12 AM - 4 AM... There is finally some degree of calmness, a time when people aren't concerning themselves with meaningless endeavors, though this is just because they're mostly asleep. It is that calm that resonates, I think, because that is the time when humans have the least effect on the world.

I am fascinated by Twilight, both morning and evening. Evening is kind of obvious - everything takes on new colors that only last for just a few minutes, the time almost seems to stretch and slow down, it's the time when nothings seems terribly real and most changable. It's as if the last little bits of things are holding onto the light as best they can before it fades away. Morning is an emerging of greys from black, things take the shape they will have during this day, greys becomes browns, lighter greys, dull reds and blues, muted greens. Life re-emerges to begin on today's plan or lack thereof. Twilight is the two times where change can really happen - everything is possible, nothing is set yet.

Very late at night, between midnight and 3 in the morning, especially when the moon is out. It's so soothing and peaceful, yet it feels a little dangerous too. It's like all the good responsible people are all asleep and you're awake with all the other creatures of the night that might not be so good.

From just before sunset to after sunrise. I have become a hunter of the night Making my rounds till daylight The stars my feeble light. Whence comes the moon, full and bright, I stay to shadows cast by the light. I am the hunter in the night Lonely walks have become my rite as I slip among the shadows in the night. Silently I wander far from the light while I ponder my love of the night. The dark has become the source of my might where I carouse, as is my right, among the twinkling, dim stars of night. Hidden from probing sight, shrouded by the dark of night, I move from place to place out of sight. I am the silent hunter of the night.

I feel like deja vu! I either asked or answered something like this. I also love the night best, & for all the reasons you mentioned. All my senses are heightened in absence of daytime distractions. I can hear the bullfrogs in the rushes, a far off train whistle (very nostalgic) & if there is rain, on the windows; wind in the branches. I also have greater clarity of thought. There are definitely night people & day people.

Sunset! I get the same feelings as you, calming, mysterious and this time of day has a depth that can be felt by me, like no other time of day! Maybe this is the time of day I am going to depart this wonderful earth!
