  Well its all according what 'burning application' you have got but basically (im guessing you mean 'how do i burn files and pics onto a dvd') you have all your files and pics in a folder somewhere on your pc, open your burning application choose the Option 'burn as data' it might just say 'data disc' then browse to the folder where the stuff is you want to burn and click or double click them, they should be added to a list in your burning application, when you are finished put a blank dvd/cd in your burner, if you have more that one burner you application might ask which one to burn to, click go, burn copy or what ever. its a bit difficult to advise not knowing your burning application.
