You can't. 5'8" isn't a bad height, but the modeling industry doesn't have much use for average height guys. By age 19, guys are either done with growing or within a fraction of an inch of their final adult height. 5' isn't going to happen. There are no drugs that will have any effect on your height once your bone growth points have closed, which yours almost certainly have.

I do it for a week, then pause for two. Meanwhile, do other kind of normal exercises. try this

Drugs and medicine do not help. Only hereditary helps. Hopefully you have someone tall in your family-parents and grandparents- you might take after.
