Why do I have sore glutes?

Do lunges and squats increase the size of your glutes?

  • Ok so I started gym about 4 months ago, im a male...and ever since I started people have told me my glutes/butt has become bigger which im not complaining about but I just want to know if its the squats or lunges or what that is making it bigger?
