How do I make my shoulders bigger?

Im 18, 6 foot 4 inches tall and weigh 200 pounds. i workout almost everyday but even though i do shoulder workouts i still have relatively boney shoulders. what exercises make your shoulders beefier and how to i need to eat in order to not put fat on but muscle?
