If you do not have a medical issue, then without question, it is your diet! Do you eat fresh dark green vegetables? You know the drill about fresh fruits and vegetables, wheat, fish and at lest eight glasses of water a day. All over the world, that is what it is. I walk marathons, 42 Kilometers, 25 miles, five and a half hours, 72 years old. No blisters. Death march, 100KM in twenty four hours, 62.+ + + miles. It is your diet, Sir, Just your diet. It's diet Sir, plain and simple Diet. Too, fingers way from the lady at lest 24 hour before the game!
