How can hair grow?

How does one unpart their hair, and how can I grow hair in this part of my head?

• Well, when I was a little younger I grew my hair out, and I decided to put it in a ponytail, due to it being hot on my neck, and plus I have baby thin hair that when wind hit it hard, it poofs into an afro, even though my hair is straight. Well, I kept putting it like that for about four years, and it parted my hair in the middle. I got my hair cut, outta wanting something new, and I can't get my hair to become one, instead of two different sides -.- Is there a way to unpart my hair? I also was born with a place on my head that only grows peach, curly, two inch long hair, the rest grows brownish, blondish red hair. I was wondering I had this all my life I wish to know is there any way to make hair grow normally there? Because that, and psoriasis on that area has kept me from getting my head shaved many times.
