How do I get rid of chicken(really skinny) legs? Please HELP!!?

Okay so my legs are are out of proportion to my upper body. So would they get bigger if i only worked out my legs without doing my upper body. Also what would happen to my upper body, how do I maintain it. I would really like to have "normal" legs by the time college starts. I really hate not being able to wear my skinny jeans (i paid $40 for them!) or even cargo shorts.

Answer:
You already answered your own question....work them out. I would lift enough on the upper body to maintain what you already have and then concentrate more on your legs til you get them built up. Then work on everything together after that.
