Whats your opinion on my new Daily nutrition amounts, Im currently 5ft 10. weigh 10 1/2 stone and BMI is 23, my fat % is 25% Im trying to loose as much Body fat as possible, (Get down to 12%) I go running 4 times a week and work out every other day Energy = 4644jcal 1208kcal Protein = 111g Carbs = 161g of which sugars = 22g Fats = 13g Of which Saturates = 2.9g Monosaturates= 1.7g Poly Sar= 2.9g Fibre = 44g Salt 1.6g Room for improvements? Whats your thoughts?

Holy Hell! I'm the same height as you, 2lbs heavier but have a Body fat % of 8. Seriously though, I'd increase you calories to 2000 and your protein to 150g and start lifting weights. Weights burns fat better and with the increase in muscle you should look great. Ideally you want to get your fat% to around mine but stay the same weight. So increase muscle-decrease fat and it will all balance out and you'll look great.
