How acceptable are self-citations?

How to become more confident? How to find your true self?

  • I want to become more confident because at times I feel painfully shy, how to improve my self esteem. Sometimes I really dont like my self. And I am a bit lost ,like I dont know what style to follow, what music should I listen, how should I react to things, what should I do in certain citations, and afterwards I feel kind of depressed. How do you truely find your self.Any body want to share.

  • Answer:

Other answers

The ONLY way to truely find your self is to NOT follow trends and friends interests just to fit in. Stay alone for a while and meditate on what you want, then it will be revealed. However, accomplishing these dreams is another ball game. Good Luck.
