Why do my knees click?

  • i thin i pulled my medial ligament on the inside of my knee whilst playing football,it hurt loads for a day or two the gradually got better,there is still slight pain when i play sport and twist in certain ways but i think this is beacause I didnt rest it properly

it comes with getting older sorry..i body makes more noises than an old refrigerator

if it's age, why not use a bandage to keep those creaks to a minimum? of course, not too long, but just when you don't want to get too creaky - like at a serious event when creaks are totally out

I messed my left knee up when I was in primary school. I dislocated it very badly about 2 months ago. You will always have to be careful. Once the knees are damaged they become very delicate and prone to dislocation . I know how you feel really i do.
