Should I take a break from gradschool?

Should I continue to take Vyvanse daily or take a break.?

  • Should I take a break from using Vyvanse (psycho stimulant) every now and then? I use it every morning before school which is Monday through Friday (I'm a high school senior) because thats when I need it the most. However, now its Saturday, I just woke up, and I think that I still feel the effects of the drug. Does that mean I should just skip taking it for today so I don't overdo it? The only downside is that when I don't take it, I feel really tired all day, like I just want to sleep but it would be ok since I don't really need to focus on anything for today. Also, I read online that taking chronic use of the drug makes the drug stay in you system for days. So, I kind of assumed that I should at least let some of the drug wear of before I take it again on Monday. One more question, for people who take Vyvanse every day, 7 days a week for years, is that really bad considering the amount of the drug that is left in their system?
