What are traditional dances of Ecuador?

What determines the value of the Sucre (Ecuador's pre-dollarization currency))?

  • Correct me if I am wrong. Long after Ecuador left the gold standard the value of the Sucre was determined by the amount of dollars that the Baco Central de Ecuador (Central Bank of Ecuador) held. All else constant were Ecuador to print more currency without an increase in their holdings of dollars the Sucre would be devaluated in that there are now more pieces of paper to the set quantity of dollars. Also if the quantity of currency stayed constant but the reserves of dollars were decreased the currency would be devaluated in that there is a larger amount of currency that there would be of dollars to back it up? Am I right?
