Can I get a 6 pack in a month?

  • Hello all, I've got a photo shoot coming up in a month, and the only part of me I'm not happy about is my stomach. I've got a decent chest but not great Obliques or Abs I would like to get a six pack that looks half decent and decent Obliques with-in the next month for the shoot what do people recommend? I go to the gym and swim I also eat healthily. Thanks in advance Nick,

you cant get a legit one in a month but with steriods u prob could but thats prob not a option for you.

This summer In swim team we had to do about 10 minutes of intense ab work before we got in the pool. By the end of like 3 weeks / a month the guys abs looked great!! (trust me i noticed) so yes It can be done. Find a good ab floor work-out and do 10-30 minuets a day. Good Luck!
