Ok, I'm not the total expert in everything health and nutrition, but when it comes to tummy flattening. You can do all the crunches you want, but cardio is the real key. Crunches and ab work are all ways to make the muscles stronger once visible or even under the fat, but cardio does the best trick. Its all about taking in less calories than what you burn to lose the weight. What sucks is for most people the stomach area is the last place they lose.
