Workout Question how long should I run?

I'm 19, 158 pounds 6'0 and i have a high metabolism. I want to get some fat off me since I still got some on me that has been covering my abs. I do workout and workout my abs and i'm eating pretty healthy and now avoiding all fatty foods. I havn't been doing anything to lose weight in cardio wise thought since I don't want to make lifting weights even more difficult so I avoided cardio for a long time and tried not to lose weight. I got about 13%-14% body fat Percentage and wondering should I be running some or doing some cardio to lose some fat and how long should I do it a day and how many days should I run a week. Whats the best exercise for losing fat or not much of my body weight. Can anyone help me.
