How to get rid of inverted nipples?

Anyone know how to get rid of big nipples?

  • Ok, first of all let me add that I am not a fat guy at all. I am 160 pounds, and 5 ft. 10 inches, but i seem to have fat nipples, not 'man boobs'. I like to call them pancake **** because they look like they are pancakes, only pink.( I have had them ever since I can remember, which was about since I was 8 years old, now I am 18) I am also in pretty good shape, I exercise 6x's a week and have decent amount of muscle, so my whole chest area is very well built, I have a cut chest and a slim body, but I don't understand why my nipples, which are the skin colored dots are so huge for someone with my physique. I didn't lose too much weight or gained too much for them to be like this, and the only time when they are small and pointy is when it is really cold, which is how I would always like them to look like. Is there any possible way to get rid of this ugly trait of mine? PLEASE HELP!

A friend had the same exact issue, and his personal trainer suggested wrapping a small band (one of those soft elastic hair-holders will do) around each nipple snuggly for three hours a day. Apparently it's caused by too much melanin concentrated around your nipples and the elastic band helps "push" these melanin molecules farther toward your actual nipple.
