Whats better for being in College? The Kindle Fire or the iPad?

Im going to school for kinesiology so there for i will be dealing a lot with science and thats what i liked about the apps on the iPad. There are a lot of learning tools for a lot of the stuff i will need to memorize and i also like that i would beable to get text books on the iPad. I dont know much about the kindle but if the kindle also has all these features i would much rather get that due to the price...i am a broke college student so any money i can safe helps.

The Kindle Fire, all the way. Even though it is relatively new, Amazon has a history of producing quality products, such as the Kindle e-readers. It's also a lot cheaper than the iPad, which is very, very overrated. ($500-$700 v. $199). The iPad is garbage, especially for the price it demands; though the Kindle Fire may not turn out to be great, it only costs $200, and Amazon products often come with a warranty.
