Answer:
Engr. Jesus Hipolito in Civil Engineering (100%) and Arch. Ruperto Gaite for Architecture (96+) something. Both came from the same school, National University (NU) and both took their exams in 1949. Engr. Hipolito established his own construction firm and became Minister of Public Works & Highways during the Marcos years, Arch't. Gaite founded his own firm and became Dean of Architecture at FEU. Both became National presidents of their respective professional organizations. Hipolito for the Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers (PICE) and Gaite for the United Architects of the Philippines (UAP).
