What is a Retail Incentive Program?

Making an incentive program - need time based trivia (40 hours-500 hours)?

• I'm doing an incentive program for swimmers at my pool. I already did a roadtrip for them, where they cna see how many yards they've done converted to miles, and then how many miles to get to certain destinations. ("I swam 38.75 miles, that means I'm halfway between __________ and ________.") Some swimmers just come swim for an hour then get out, rather than counting their laps. I need ideas for a theme of things with specific time-based goals. "I've worked out at the Aquatic Center for 38.75 hours, that would be long enough to..." or "...that's how long it took to..." or "...that's the time it takes for..." They should be somewhat cohesive... not x hours to bake a turkey and x hours to fly around the world. Any ideas?
