How many items can you name , that the good old USA has manufacture??

  • Doing a survey with a group of student to see how many items that you can buy in USA made by USA. Not to many, I would guest.

  • Answer:

    Forest products: paper; lumber; veneer; plywood; particleboard; fiberboard; OSB; MDF. Various products assembled from these components such as: trusses; crates; pallets; boxes; I-joists; cabinetry; furniture, fuel pellets; fillers & extenders used in the food industry and pharmaceuticals. This is certainly a small segment of mfg. capacity in this country,that is "American Made".

That is tricky Nothing from Walmart or anyother large store is made in the USA, thats for sure. Those Chinnese/Japanesse make everything these days :(

Mostly everything at Walmart. Anything by Sara Lee corporation. Dial Soap, Tootsie Rolls, Fararah Pan candies(lemon heads, red hots, etc), most proctor gamble products... there are quite a few by not as many as non-US stuff I would imagine.
