Why were new farming methods important to the Agricultural Revolution?

Which "Revolution" led to new farming tecniques, which meant more food and more people?

  • A.Indeustrial revolution b french revolution c. agricultural revolution

  • Answer:

It is pretty obvious that food comes from agriculture. That was a big revolution. The Industrial Revolution helped the Agricultural Revolution as machines began to take over work from people and animals. Believe it or not, back in the 1600s, farmers in Europe literally threw grain seeds on the ground and hoped they would grow before birds and other animals ate their grain. A man named Jethro Tull from England, watched farming and learned from Native Americans who planted their seeds in the ground and crops production increased. The steel plow pulled by oxen or horses opened up a lot of land for farming and engines made things go faster.
