How can i generate 93 Mhz FSK(frequency shift keying) by usnig IC. Write the name of IC?

• i have made 93 Mhz crystal oscillator and i want to do FSK by using an IC while i am taking message signal from computer using serial interfacing the thing only needed is to modulate the carrier and message signal using IC

  Freescale Semiconductor, which was spun off from Motorola, has a number of devices that might work, although they are intended for frequencies higher than 93 MHz. Go to their home page and do a search on FSK. One device is the MC33493: http://www.freescale.com/files/analog/doc/data_sheet/MC33493.pdf?fsrch=1 With this device you'd use a 2.90625 MHz crystal and select a phase lock loop ratio of 32 using the BAND pin. You would probably have to adjust the external capacitor values because you'd be operating it lower than the design frequency. Alternatively you could operate it at 11.625 MHz and divide the output by four, but you'd need a tight bandpass filter on the output to eliminate harmonics. 93 MHz is within the spectrum allocated to FM radio stations. You would not normally find an FSK signal at this frequency as it might cause interference.
