    Distillation. A simple way of doing that would be to use two concentric transparent glasses. Place the smaller glass in the larger one, now pour water into the larger glass. Cover the entire assembly with a plastic sheet or some transparent wrappings (like the ones used to wrap food) and keep this in the sunlight for some time. The dirty water from the larger glass will boil and condensate on the transparent wrapping. Arrange the wrapping in a concave in shape so that the the vapors that form condensate will fall into the smaller glass. After sufficient time you will have enough clean water. What you are talking about is water treatment.You can not do it at home but principally ı will tell it.You have to get air into the water by falling it like a water fall and then you have to get in into pool with sludge cones in it then inject aluminiumsulfate in it.To get the particles or mud sink into this cone.Then run the water to filtering pool with special sand in it when water is going through the sand it will be filtered from the filter pool you inject sulfuric acid, clay( burnt clay) and chloride and some other chemicals and send it to a storage tank.During all these process you have to check the water in a laboratory ( biological and chemically ) at every stage if it is suitable for water standards.If all of it is ok then you can use the water as drinkable water.But in some cases according to the characteristic of water ultraviolet rays are used additionally.
