Why is a college program for audio engineering so uncommon compared to other engineering programs?
-
I live in the Chicagoland area, and I couldn't find a single university that offers audio engineering as a degree! There's sound design but thats in DePaul's School of Music and other artsy places. The only schools I found was University of Michigan that offers it, and its requirements are a lot more than other engineering programs I looked at.
