Is there any university in india/world --promoting up to VIII semesters without clearing a single paper?

Like Rajasthan Technical University-kota (RTU) which promotes failures in all subjects upto final semester (VIII semester ) in engineering degree. I am seeking for any such other university in the world which promotes failures in all VII semesters in VIII semester like RTU.

I'm not sure what you mean by "clearing a paper"... perhaps "achieving a passing mark on a paper"? If you take science, you will write research papers. If you take engineering instead, you will write reports on experiments. If you want to pass, you will need to successfully complete all required courses, but there are schools, and programs, where courses do not have "papers" as requirement to pass. Change your perspective. Instead of viewing it as "failure", think of it as "opportunity to try again"
