• I want to make small electric motor at any cost. At present I have not deceived its size and its purpose. I have too much interest to do this. I will purchase any machine require in this process. I have primary knowledge of electric motor, i.e. how it works. But want to know total process.

You can look them up at a university or a college library, then buy the ones that you like to own. Used book fairs are a good place to look for them, but make sure to also write to various manufacturer and get their catalogues. But it can be done. Nothing is impossible. Total process is actually Miltie-discipline. Very few people know all bout it or even try but there are hand full of people who do know all about it. You will need to understand lots of high math beyond, calculus and college electrical engineering. But it all could be learnt. To day to be competitive one need to master mass production techniques to be profitable, hobby production and manufacturing is a different matter. Also in case of electrical motors the frames are standardise there are many modules and they are all interchangeable to give motors for different application is Know as "NEMA" or "ENEMA"specifications or code, you can find specific stuff on the Internet free but it is time consuming at best but the more you use this Internet search tool, more efficient you will get at it. You need to look up UL codes and other International and local codes. If it is a commercial product you have in mind to produce then, you must meet all the codes before marketing the product.
