Excellent industrial engineer looking for job?

I am in US, looking for a Civil Engineer Job in Middle East?

I am a civil engineer, working in USA for the last five years, Highway design and Highway construction work, have a total more then 10 yrs experience, have PE license from Canada. Can some body help me get on the right track for finding a job in Middle east. had been trying to find a job on internet and applying for the last 6 months without any luck even not an interview. can somebody suggest a reputed agent in the middle east or here in the US. I am not sure what I am doing wrong but their is no response.

If you have 10+ years of experience you no doubt have managed at least a couple large projects, which makes you perfect for them. u
