How can I become an Environmental Engineer in the Architectural Industry?

I was originally interested in architecture, but i recently took more of an interest in the environment. needless to say, both interest me. So how can I become an Environmental Engineer working in the Architecture Industry?

My daughter is an architect and had courses to be certified for ( LEED ) and more she is studying now to get certificate in sustainability , with all that she is working with big firms and in charge of envirnomental design and even site supervision
