HOW TO GET PROFILE 2.0?

Is there a website where I can get spur gear profile data to make a spur gear, 20° pressure angle?

I don't know a website but the equations for the gear profile are fairly easy to generate. The tooth shape for standard gears is an involute which is the path defined by a point on a string being unwrapped from a cylinder. Calling the pressure angle A, the pitch radius P, and the number of teeth N, the polar equation (angle Q as a function of radius R) for the tooth surface is: Q = squareroot((R/P*cos(A))^2-1) - arccos(P*cos(A)/R) The bottom of the tooth is at R = P*(1-1.125/N) and the top is R = P(1+1/N). For gears with a small number of teeth, a radial tooth surface below the normal depth may be required to clear the tooth on the mating gear.
