Many of the engineering societies (IEEE, ASME, SME, etc.) have student sections that offer scholarships, scholarship competitions, etc. These are an option, but you may have to become a student member to be eligible. I know that the SME and ASME membership fees are right around $20 US annually for students. Otherwise I've always found fastweb helpful. You need to create an account (for free) and they will search for applicable scholarships for you. There will be specific engineering scholarships, but most of them will simply be open to any major.
