Some of the more obvious applictaions and beenfits of nuclear technology. 1)It's an energy source 2) It's a major component of defence. 3) It's amajor component of modern medicine including nuclear medicines, radiocative markers for dianostics and isotopes for X-rays 3) The production and use of radioisotopes is essential for countless non-destructive testing procedures for materials analysis in engineering and other physical sciences. 4) An understanding of nucelar physics is essential in our ability to date archaeologicla and paleontological material. 5) It's essential for numerous sterilisation procedures including medical equipment and long-life food. 6) It serves as the basis for advancing our understanding of fundamental physics. I could go on but I'm too lazy. Really there are very few areas of your life that aren't affected fairly directly by nuclear technology.

Well nuclear technology has it's importance or advantages and also it has disadvantages which people can sometimes say it's disadvantages are advantages. One is that, it provides elctricity especially for furthur use, its used as a defence force of a nation( nuclear bombs), Provides energy sources, or medicines. To say the truth nuclear technology is something good coz it might or should I say it will be useful in the future.

Oil is used to make plastics, drugs, and chemicals. When we use it for fuel it is no longer available for those purposes. Hydroellectric dams produce power when there is enough rain but interfere with river navigation, prevent fish from swiming upstream to spawn, and flood large areas behind the dam. Nuclear technology can make power when the sun doesn't shine and the wind doesn't blow. Nuclear technology also makes radioisotopes which are used in medicine, medical research, and industry. Anyone who has had a thalium stress test, has benefited from radioisotopes.
