Where can I learn robotics?

I am studying in India. I want to study robotics. I am from a middle class family backgroud. Can I get a good place to study robotics in cheap way?

A quick and easy way to get exposure to robotics is a mail order kit from a Radio Shack in the USA. Check out the "Boe Bot" kit. It is a great way to get started when you are interested in robots. You will learn about circuits, electricity, and programming microprocessors. I guess you have to use a credit card when ordering, and i have no idea what shipping costs.... They don't take rupees. :)

Take ur bachelors in mechanical engg and apply for robotics as masters in India(I dont know where), but some US universities give Robotics.
