There is a bar below which is written -Listen to Komarov as the Soyuz capsule began to fail- can someone translate these words? A Russian I know said he was saying "my eyes are melting comrade" is it true?

it is really very inaudible. i can't tell what anyone is saying.. i heard the words hello and the human race, (said by the formal sounding guy, who sounds like he's reading a poem or something) - i seriously can't hear anything the other guy is saying
