How do i speak English fluently? Need some help!?

If you can, take a English course outside of school. Sometimes, they have classes for free! Tell your teacher when you don't understand something, and he/she WILL help. That is what they are there for. I wish you the best of luck!

you should watch many many many films that use english... and read english book, magazine, newspaper, and many more... practice your english oftenly... don't afraid to be wrong, so people can notice and remind you about the mistake... good luck!

There's no short cut. You just have to commit and practice everyday. I know of many Japanese people who after years of book study, their command of English grammar is better than that of most Americans. But they can only speak and understand the most basic of English words. They spent no time practicing speaking. So practice speaking and listening 75% of your study time, and do book study the other 25%. You can't be afraid to make mistakes speaking English. In order to grow, you need to expand your comfort zone, and in doing so, you'll make mistakes, but then you'll get better. The key is to practice everyday. And regarding the girls, your spoken words are only 10-20% of your total communication. Believe me, you can make yourself understood. And I don't think the ladies care if you make a grammatical mistake - don't sweat it. Just relax. But turn up your "take charge" attitude a little. Never be indecisive around girls. You're unique - they want to get to know you. Run with it! Use it to your advantage. You should have the girls lining up. Good luck!

The best thing you can do is practice, at least until you can go immerse yourself. Find ANY kind of group to practice with. Listen to music, (although this can be confusing, with poetic license and lousy grammar, and bad pronunciation, but it can get you some vernacular). Listen to television if possible, change the language on your dvds. You can go either way, subtitles or dubbing or both, and you will learn with all three methods. And plan to someday, find a way to come to one of the countries where English is the predominant language, and surround yourself with people who don't even know your language. You will be forced to speak English in order to survive. It's the very best way. I used to be very self conscious, too, until I went and lived it...it becomes second nature.

read books, take classes. SAy pick a small sentence from a book and read it over and over and then build on the sentence lengths. I think you'll get it once you learn from other americans and how they speak. Just be patient this will take some time.

aw i understand. both my parents were born in cambodia and moved to the US when they were still teens/twenties? but my mom turned out to have good english while my dad knows how to speak very well but still needs help with punctuation & grammer lol..and he doesnt rlly understand sometimes like my mom does haha. but you should try buying something from the mall called ROSETTA STONE, it helps with all kinds of different languages.. you just need to hook it up on your computer and stuff - do you know how to work a computer and setting things up? if not, you can ask someone to help you.

Well, a lot of girls think that accents are cool/cute. Actually, a majority of girls... We're suckers for foreign boys. XP And trust me, English is a very complex language. There are words that even native speakers use wrong. All I can say is practice as often as you can. Some websites have programs to help people with English, so you could try searching for some. Or find a pen pal or something to help you get used to written grammar at least and to point out any errors you make. Good luck! ^^
