Can you help me write this paper? Abraham Lincoln :Gettysburg address?

• I have a paper due for my english class on tomoorow.. I have been really sick and have not been able to really do this yet. I am hoping that some of you can help. This paper has to be 2-4 pages long. Using the rhetorical analyis approach I have to write a paper on the speech gettysburg adress given by abraham lincoln. I am not quite sure that I understand the rhetorical analysis.. it says when you find an a ppeal that is puzzling, troubling, or even successful, subject it to a rhetorical analysis. Ask yourself what strategies the piece employs to move your heart, win your trust, and change your mind and why does or doesnt it do so. The gettysburg address is as follows: Fourscore and seven years ago our fathers brought forth on this continent a new nation, conceived in liberty and dedicated to the proposition that all men are created equal. Now we are engaged in a great civil war, testing whether that nation or any nation so conceived and so dedicated can long endure. We are met on a great battlefield of that war. We have come to dedicate a portion of that field as a final resting-place for those who here gave their lives that that nation might live. It is altogether fitting and proper that we should do this. But, in a larger sense, we cannot dedicate, we cannot consecrate, we cannot hallow this ground. The brave men, living and dead who struggled here have consecrated it far above our poor power to add or detract. The world will little note nor long remember what we say here, but it can never forget what they did here. It is for us the living rather to be dedicated here to the unfinished work which they who fought here have thus far so nobly advanced. It is rather for us to be here dedicated to the great task remaining before us -- that from these honored dead we take increased devotion to that cause for which they gave the last full measure of devotion -- that we here highly resolve that these dead shall not have died in vain, that this nation under God shall have a new birth of freedom, and that government of the people, by the people, for the people shall not perish from the earth.   This isn't enough for an essay, but just a few things that might help you: 1. Argument by analogy: "This nation was a new creation...a child of the age of enlightenment and social compact. This 18th century ideal must survive the test of time if it is to prove viable." 2. Enthymeme: "Anything worthy of survival is worth fighting for ...so, with this country." 3. Argument by structure and style: "Deeds count more than words....but a sacred oath, dedicating ourselves to a task, aligns words with deeds." 4. Stylistic argument: the speech is very short: in essence saying that we shouldn't be taking attention away from the really important event here, which was the sacrifice for the cause.
